Originally released on March 18, 2018, ‘Listen to Your Body. Talk to Plants. Ignore People’. marked the first official release from Conductor Williams. At the time, Conductor was almost 20 years experienced on the BNSF railroad, working 6 days a week, 14 hour shifts, taking care of his wife and kids, making beats under various monikers and hardly sleeping (he still does).

The title derives from the lifestyle he was living: no time for friends or socializing– just music and providing for his family. But where friends were lost, focus was gained.

The artwork and upcoming merch for this project was designed by a close friend who still works on the railroad. Tracks like “IS IT” showcase Conductor’s analog capabilities, where others such as “LACE UP” and “LAST TIME” highlight his signature sampling techniques.
